Food Service Worker - 3 Hour Shift/Day - All Schools
Reports Directly to the Food Service Cook Manager
Work - Monday through Friday. Scheduled work hours may vary per assigned building.
Work Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service and works well in a multi-faceted and fast paced environment.
- Prepares the school lunch menu as directed by the Cook Manager.
- Ensures cleanliness of work area, cafeteria and dish room.
- May assume cash handling responsibilities.
- Responsible for cleanliness of serving area, cleans cafeteria tables, properly stores leftovers, sweeps, cleans and sanitizes equipment after usage and completes a daily production sheet.
- Adheres to all food safety preparation practices and protocols. All food preparation, serving and leftover storage practices will comply with ACHD and HACCP regulations.
- Any other duties as directed by the Cook Manager and/or Food Service Director.
WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
